I had the special privilege to have been invited to speak again to built environment MSc students at the University of Greenwich where I was once a postgraduate student studying Real Estate Developmemt and Investment.

of the story is that no journey is straightforward. I have since grown to appreciate the journey more than the destination. I guess this is why I tackle most issues I encounter with a smile.
For all my contacts in property development, remember that there are millions of people who would love to have the problems you have working in such a rewarding profession. I was once one of these people and now I am glad to be able to share my experiences in the hope that it encourages just one person.
